All registered users of Plus & Minus can access technical or accounting support through one of the following support plans. To order either of the support plans, please call (281) 494-9444.

Annual Unlimited Support

This plan is intended for users who desire unlimited assistance. Users selecting this support plan receive unlimited telephone, email, instant messaging, and remote electronic support during the twelve month period following the date of the plan purchase. Product support under this plan is guaranteed to provide same day response time during technical support hours.

Pay Per Call Support

This plan is designed for the user who feels their support needs are very limited and prefer to pay only when the need arises. The price for this plan is $180 USD per hour once contact with support personnel is established. Support calls are billed in increments of 15 minutes with a minimum of 15 minutes per incident. Our goal is to have a support technician available to answer calls on an incoming basis. When we are unable to respond to your call immediately, a technical support representative will return your call within one business day, based upon normal technical support hours. Users electing this support option must complete and sign a Support Contract and establish credit terms with Keystone Consulting Group prior to support calls.


Plus & Minus releases a new version each year which includes tax tables and any year end reporting updates for the upcoming year. Throughout the year, fixes to minor issues are applied.
